DayGlow, heralded as “America’s Largest Paint Party” hit Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel April 29 and 30, and the performance certainly left its mark.
I’m not talking about the paint that stained everyone’s clothing, hair, and accessories, but instead the mark that the experience left - everyone walked out at the finale of the show simply saying “wow.”
With approximately 4,000 tickets priced at at least $40 a piece selling out in under a half hour, students were expecting something big.

After rolling myself out of Seekonk’s DiParma Italian Table a happy glutton, I was shocked to learn that the owners of this Tuscan-style eatery are of classic Greek heritage.
DiParma Seekonk is the third of three restaurants under the Kounadis/Zambelis family name; the original DiParma is located in Yarmouth, Mass., and the family’s long running Yarmouth House Restaurant is strategically located about a mile up the road.
DiParma Seekonk had its grand opening last spring, and it already follows the efficient, classy atmosphere of the other restaurants.
The restaurant takes up one side of the Ramada Inn’s plaza, so upon arrival I wondered if the clientele would be the typical hotel guest and the meal would be mediocre.
